went to a much needed yoga session.

god, i feel great right now - and there was a different yogi... named jerry...

*sigh*

had a great time. actually did the headstand quite well... a lot of balancing moves as well... didn't skin my knee again...

and at the end he massaged some AWESOME smelling cream into my neck and temples while we were all in the corpse position...

eh... during the shoulder stand i sort of, erm... made a noise... slightly embarrassing... got a few giggles, but eh, who the hell cares? didn't kill anyone.

i call it the "Barking Dog" position
