never answer a ringing payphone

RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 21 — A SWAT team working with the sniper task force seized a man in a white van at a gas station Monday, but less than an hour later, investigators issued a statement suggesting the man was not the gunman terrorizing the Washington, D.C., area.

click below for my theory as to why this fella isn't the sniper.

this guy that was pulled in for questioning is just some poor slob that pulled over to the side of the road at a payphone to call his mom on her birthday.

he forgot. he figured that before she went off to work he would be able to catch her with a quick "happy birthday, i love you, mom"... instead, as he was pulling up to the payphone, the phone rings -- he answers it with a tentative "hullo?"

just as the "...lo" is leaving his lips he has 24 gun barrels pointed at his skull...
