Nothing But Class

so, while everyone was scanning the tube last night (and partially today) about the war thang... i was flipping channels between all coverage trying to figure out who the next "Scud Stud" will be after all of this...

Brokaw.jpgyes. i had a huge crush on arthur kent back in the first gulf war. the first images i viewed were of him in his bomber jacket ducking while the scuds screamed overhead...

*sigh*

skipped a few college classes because of that.

while he was a flash-in-the-pan... (my love for him diminished when he made an appearance on Letterman soon after the war... he was a borish, pompous lump... sans bomber jacket.) after flipping through countless programs and channels - cable and basic - i always seemed to come back to the classic...

last night he was sporting glasses... and a fresh haircut... if you looked fast, he almost took on the appearance of Donald Rumsfeld

any thoughts on who will be the next reporter who will rise to the level of "Scud Stud" this go around???

David Bloom looks like a fine Scud Stud prospect...
