i hope everyone had a fantastic day yesterday!
clark's landing was great - i did pretty well on the SBD...
round 1
started with 3 huge king crab legs and about 20 peel your own shrimp (no cocktail sauce)
(it was a buffet... so we had to keep going back..)
round 2
more shrimp and also green beans with almonds and a piece of roast beef
round 2.5
1/2 cup of crab bisque - only had about 3 spoonfuls of it
round 3
roast beef, more green beans and - my first bit of carbs in nearly 2 weeks - 1 half of a sweet potato
i had slapped some turkey with stuffing on my plate as well, but wound up not touching it...
dessert... round 1
teeny sliver of pumpkin cheesecake... and coffee with half & half
then we went to my aunt judy's and my mom had made pies... so i had to try some...
dessert... round 2
teeny slivers of chocolate cream pie, pumpkin pie and apple pie - seriously, compared to plates of dessert in the past (scroll down a bit on the page)
i think i did pretty well... considering

hey, i drank seltzer water with lemon the entire night - which is a feat in and of itself....
this morning.... i am down 2 more pounds :)
i woke up early and for the first time in my life i became "one of them"....
yes... i went shopping on Black Friday...
bought myself a winter coat, a holiday party outfit and a few other items... oh, and shoes :)
i begin shopping on december 15th... the closest paycheck :)
anyway - now that you heard all about what i had to eat last night, i am gonna go whip up some egg beaters (i had real scrambled eggs yesterday morning and a bucket of low sodium bacon for those keeping track!! :P
