late night email.

*sigh* in a quandry about an email i received last night.
can't go into specifics on here... much.....

it's one of those "eh, crap, how do i tell him i cherish the friendship we've had for 12 years but only want to keep it as such" type of responses that i have to word correctly.

dammit.

and it was wayyyy out of the blue, too.

he's a great guy, just destined to stay in the "friend column" for me though.

should i just joke around and say "whew! you must have been drinkin' when you wrote that email"?

dammit.
