wow... i must say that i am impressed with myself this morning... (um... erin, getting a little bit cocky, don't you think?)
i am sitting here sweating like a pig perspiring...
the morning started out with the weight training... mainly chest (woo! boobies!), shoulders and upper arms... followed by some ab work...
then i got the bright idea to actually USE the Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds DVD that i've had for about a year and a half - unused... now that i have the space in my room to actually MOVE.
so i just walked a mile in my room... in about 11 minutes or something... it was actually fun! it went quickly... yes, i am starting out with just the mile so my body doesn't bitch slap me and shut down.
anyway... that said... i've lost 3.5 pounds since july 28th... not bad considering i've been chomping on cheese steaks, chicken parm, spaghetti, and cherry vanilla ice cream a good amount this week... oh, and crunchy cheez doodles...
think i'll go grab some pineapple or something now... although my body is sort of muttering "um... could you wait a bloody second before we move from this chair??"
