quit being a sloth, er.

so it's pretty gray out today.charley's making his way up here... probably see him tonight... bastard. have a date tonight... possibly going bowling & dinner... or to the driving range (but the sky looks like it's gonna dump buckets soon, so i am gonna bet we won't be hitting the DR)

just did my 2 mile indoor walking dvd - i haven't worked out since frickin' tuesday - before my headache knocked me for a loop... then i had mcdonald's on thursday and then pigged out like a freak on friday... took all i could muster to get my ass up and do something today... ya' see, gray, rainy, hurricane-threatening days make me wanna just hunker down under my comforter and sleep.

but now i feel good. happy. energized. sweaty, eh, perspiring i mean... and am about to jump in the shower.

how are y'all in florida and the carolinas today?!?! anyone? (gonna guess that y'all that were hit may not have power, so, odds are y'aren't on here now)
