What do you absolutely LOVE about the holidays (Christmas/Chanukah/Kwanzaa/Festivus/etc.)?

Everyone is oh so happy and smiley
the carols that are sung... over and over
store windows all decked out
children's eyes all aglow
i love the holidays, but you haven't listed what i love most, so i'll post it in the comments!!

okay i forgot to add "THE PRESENTS!!!" or "MISTLETOE"... sorry, it's a slightly lame poll... forgive me... just was taking 5 minutes during lunch (actually the 5 minutes that IS my lunch during this swamped day)
