as i sit here chewing (and chewing) my weight watchers banana almond crunch cereal (my god... i think i know the secret behind this cereal.... it's so hard to break down that your jaw winds up getting tired.... seriously. i mean it doesn't taste bad, it's just reeeeally effing crunchy)
as far as The Great Blogger Fat Off.... let's figure out some rules...
1. tell how much you want to lose in THIS post by END of day Friday March 252. EVERY FRIDAY THEREAFTER --- there will be a post for the Fat Off on this site.
3. In the weekly Friday post either:
A) Post your weight or
B) Post the weight you've lost for the week (ie. -5.2 lbs)
as well as the "Total amount lost" (ie. "lost 5.2 pounds for a total of 16.7 pounds lost"4. If you have your own blog, definitely post how you're doing, maybe WHAT you are doing to lose weight.
I will create a separate page for The Great Blogger Fat Off
that will list:
who's participating (with link to their site - if wanted)
the amount of weight you want to lose by June 21st, 2005
your weekly weight loss (ie. -5.2 lbs)
your total weight loss to date
I figure a Friday "weigh-in" will be the best bet (then the weekend you can sneak a few snacks if needed and get back on track by the following Friday)
I will create a button/callout for The Great Blogger Fat Off that anyone can slap on their site if they want... (look for it on Friday night) the 25th
