the tally at the beginning

okay, so here it is, the scale this morning is an even 180.
(i'm 5'6" just to let you know...)

i will be 160 or lighter by june 21.
(as per the "challenge" i've set for myself)

no, i haven't done the tape measure thing yet - perhaps tonight...

back in 2001, i'd lost 35 pounds in 3 months and was down to my lowest in about 10 years at 159 - and i looked pretty damn good - that was with weight watchers (and NO exercise), so, i am doing the gigglechick/weight watchers/incentive plan this time...

anyway - yesterday - because i suppose i will bore y'all with the food listings now - i had:

B- sm coffee with half and half

L- slimfast

D- 8 small pieces tuna/avocado sushi
1 small glass of POM pomegranite juice
1/2 a smoked whiting
15 sm chunks of pineapple


Today, thus far:

B- 1/2 cup Weight Watchers Banana Almond Cereal
1/2 cup non-fat/skim milk

L- lean cuisine baked chicken
Slimfast (creamy milk chocolate shake)

D- lean cuisine pecan chicken
1/2 a smoked whiting
15 sm chunks of pineapple
