word on the street is that Mini will not go below 6% for financing.

yes. you read that correctly. six percent.

if that's the case, it's the aforementioned uterus, anti-depressant situation for me.

that would mean my payments would be almost $1200/month --- which would be wayyyyy more expensive than even taking the apartment in jersey city.

screw it. i should take my $7K loan and go to the roulette table at Trump Marina.
