okay. so. the apartment idea has been nixxed, shelved, scrapped, slapped on the backburner.
the mini cooper convertible idea: well, i was approved for financing on $27000... at a rate of 6.25%
i could afford the payments if they were spread out over the course of 8 years 7 years (yes. for those without calculators, that's 84 bloody months)
what i am NOW thinking of (since the loan that i took out a week ago is burning a hole in my pocket and i haven't had a chance to get to the bank where i don't have an ATM card attached to the account and so my cash is floundering around in my regular credit union savings account that's attached to the mac card and can be sucked out ever so easily...) well, what i am NOW thinking of is this:
think of the freelance work i could do on that thing.... would be a nice ROI
