so I have to run a 5k tomorrow in 'squan called the Fool's Run...
I hadn't started training til 5 minutes ago when I needed to run 150 yds from my car to the train in long branch... luckily, for the first time in a month, i'd put my running shoes on (mainly because my right foot has still been in pain - remember the podiatrist last month - and the bunion is pretty much screaming and growling at me with every step... yes. the illusion of my "perfect" body has been shattered by bunionspeak hasn't it?)
that said. have layouts to design before I get into the office... and I have cramps... happy friday.
