so on saturday night, my treo 600 crashed to the floor of the 7-eleven... ever since, i haven't been heard on any incoming or outgoing phonecalls...
the microphone is effed...
i called up verizon wireless, explained that the microphone is damaged and they ran a couple of tests, then said to me:
"where would you like the replacement treo sent to you?"
huh? replacement treo? you mean, you are giving me a new treo 600, no questions asked whatsoever?
yep. so, because it's memorial day - no mail - otherwise i'd be getting the phone tomorrow... instead, i will be getting it on wednesday - they're sending it to the office... am very excited...
so, barring any "replacement phone" charges that were never mentioned to me (nor have i incurred thus far --- but just preparing myself for something like that because this seems too good to be true) well, verizon wireless kicks ass
