what flashed through my head (besides the obvious family, loved ones, friends bit) was "oh my god. my last post on my site was a crappy meme that describes me as frigging Jar-Jar"
had to go up north today because my friend cathy's dad passed away last week and today was the funeral. sad. very.
what a beautiful day though... it was 90 degrees. once again i was up until about 4am talking on the phone... (gigglemom is none too pleased that i am "up late talking" - but hey, i am bloody 35. not 12 and i can do what i damned well please. thanks.)
i just finished watching "In Good Company" - wow, i really liked this film... anyone else see it?
i have to work on a freelance site tonight... have to wrap my noggin around reorganizing and redesigning the existing site that is up there and figure out the best way to streamline it... seriously, anything will be an improvement, but...
what else? oh! my cousin kerry is supposed to be arriving home tonight (if any of you remember, she moved last july to Marathon, Florida...) -- i am so happy! she'll be here for about a month... yay!!! hoping tomorrow we'll go hang at the Union Landing patio bar in the afternoon (i have some cleaning to do in the morning and i also wanted to go to the driving range with my friend Carol, but i haven't been to the UL yet at all this season... it's funny not going with Kerry, so i haven't gone)
well, must start fiddling with the look and feel and architecture of the site that i have to do...
at least my site won't be left with the Jar-Jar legacy now.
