okay... on the RRE... so I have an ADP commuter benefit card, right? what that is is basically like transitchek except as a credit card.
the thing is you can only use $105 per month on it - my monthly pass is $320.
okay. fine. so I take $215 out of my bank, hand over the cash and the benefit card to the trainguy in the booth.
he runs the card through for $105 and it's bloody declined. I've been paying into this for months and have over $300 in the frigging account.
so I called my company's hq/benefits dept and hopefully they will get me some answers. I want to see if they can empty out my account and cut me a check because this card's been nothing but problems.
