okay - so i called the booker for tonight and he said don't be ridiculous and that i don't have to perform tonight - so that's a weight off my shoulders - i really really wanted to though -- but come on, it's a frigging comedy club - no one is gonna wanna see some chick with "my mom's in icu" energy, right?
