never forget.
so i was on CBS watching the reading of the names... they'd gotten up to Y by 12:57pm...
then CBS broke in and switched to football. FOOTBALL.
the announcer at the stadium spoke and said in the booming voice:
"PLEASE LET US HONOR THE FALLEN HEROES AND VICTIMS OF SEPTEMBER 11TH ON THE FOURTH ANNIVERSARY... PLEASE WELCOME JESSICA SIMPSON AND NICK LACHEY!"
*blink*
that did not just happen. did it? they cut from the last few names (10 minutes tops) to "honor" them by having that duo caterwauling??
i am floored. sickened. livid. seriously. shame on you CBS. shame.
