well... remember how i went to the Mammy Grammies last week? well, i got a letter in the mail about the results.......
Dear Ms. Bennett,There are areas of asymmetry in the breasts, and since I do not have the benefit of any prior mammogram, I am recommending a six-month follow-up examination.
okay. what does this mean? well, it means i am not worried. i mean, hell, the mammochick that was behind the protective glass said "don't be surprised if they make you come back, only because they may want more films to check them against"
no biggie, right? nah... i'll be fine... hell, asymmetry? they didn't need to send me a letter telling me this, heck, my left one is just a touch bigger than the right girl....
she also wants me to head back to my chickdoc guy for another appointment to check on things...
that said, i'll be damned if i turn this into a cancer blog...
(i at least want to turn it into a mommyblog within 5 years --- no plans on the cancerblog... although, it MIGHT increase traffic... heh. i know. i know. stupid joke - i'd have to make a whole new frigging logo.)
