okay earlier today (well, yesterday/sunday) i did a mile workout with the leslie sansone dvd.
then i had a steakhouse salad from Outback (with a sweetpotato
but at 11:30pm i decided to break out the Walk Away the Pounds dvd again...
except this time i did the 2 mile workout.... (of course, immediately afterward i stepped on the scale and didn't see a difference, but i am hoping the morning will have a different effect on the scale)
gotta go to Curves monday night too.
