whew. jeez. first off, i am home from work and feeling like crud (throat/stomach for those keeping score at home.)
second... i am finally able to post to my site... for some reason this one file jammed up and no posts or comments were allowed and i had to get my webhost to kill a process. ugh.
so the GBFO™ - because of the issues with the inability to post/comment, i've created a forum that those on the grid (and those who are going to be in the FatOff in July) need to register and post to rather than leave weights here on my blog... since this is the 3rd time in a week the problem with comments/posts/etc has happened.
