well, i weighed in... and after a month of not going to WW, i have lost 2 pounds! sweet!
here's the spreadsheet... - i had to update my goal timeline (instead of originally hitting 140 on september 17th, it's looking - optimistically - to be November 5th)
anyway... if i kick ass this week (and i should because i am training for my 5k this saturday) i will get down into the 100s again - good cripes, i have been in the 200s since october. not a great feeling.

Great job, and I really like your spreadsheet! I just put a similar one together for myself, although it's not nearly as well laid out as yours. I like your idea of putting in your projected milestones. Something to look forward to. I love Google docs, and this is a great application for it.
