ah crap. it's pouring outside... there's no way in hell i am going to attempt to jog. i feel like i am about to fall when it's dry outside, much less, slippery rain-soaked pavement.
thank you, Mother Nature.
i suppose i can push some stuff out of the way in the living room and pop the walking dvd in... we'll see.
it's raining and all i want is a pork roll and cheese sammich.

Whatchoosayin'?? (5 yapped)

Heh. Not a jogging trooper, eh?
Why not get you a treadmill. I would say look in the local classifieds. You know one of your neighbors is using theirs as a clothes rack right now.
[note from GC: no can do. no room in gigglemom's house. in fact i had a kick ass ProForm CD Coach treadmill that i'd spent about $2000 on in 1998 and had to give it away when i moved home from Jersey City]

I have a suggestion. Just do what you like and what you can, don't force yourself too much. Achievement is not most important, important is health and fun itself.

That was 3.76 pace - (which rounds up to 3.8). Don't cheat yourself out of the grade-school math bonus.
Weather and running: Here? 80 degrees day before yesterday. As of this post? 28 F with wind chill making it feel like 17 F. I'm not running today either. Today I have a reason.

I feel for ya, erin.I need some serious motivation as if seeing my pics from the wedding where I am being punished for all my pre-wedding stress eating is not motivation enough! At least you have a plan!
