yes. i know that it's broken up into 4 different "rides" but if i start out by killing myself, i will drive the new bike over to the storage place again.
i know it's only a few minutes each time but it does total to 20 minutes.
my legs hurt and i really don't over do it for now. at least i am out there attempting to move. right?

Whatchoosayin'?? (4 yapped)
dont worry about how many calories you burned. know that just by doing you are burning. any movement is good movement and its better to not burn out.

As long as you are doing it... that's the important thing.

I've been reading you for a long time, but first time poster. Just wanted to suggest that you might like curves. I started there in February and with a sensible diet and working out 3 times a week (ok sometimes 4) I've lost on average about 8 lbs and 6 inches a month! Its more expensive than alot of gyms in our area, but the fun and results are worth the price!
Also have to tell you, I love your blog!!! you are so much fun to read and lately watch ;)!!!!!
Thanks for always brightening up my day!
[note from GC: actually i've been a member of curves for over a year. have gone 6 times. love it when i go, but need to get there on a regular basis - thanks!!!]

WOOHOO!!!! I'm impressed... I think 20 minutes on a bike straight would probably kill me... or at least make my bum hurt teeheehee.
