so as of way early this morning i am 200.5 pounds
since starting Alli on thursday the 14th, i've lost 3.5 pounds.
granted, i have been eating pretty much 95% low fat.
except last night. i had outback steakhouse no rules pasta with shrimp.
yes. i wound up in the loo, but, it wasn't anything crazy. no explosions. no fireworks. no ruined clothing. no 6.0 on the richter scale and the toilet did not shatter.
i'm not saying that i am going to have fettucini alfredo every night of the week, why bother taking Alli if all i am going to do is eat fatty foods?
this isn't going to be a "long term" pill, but, at least i am going to try to use it to start to become aware (a little more) and accountable for what i eat --- rather than just journaling my foods and saying "meh. so, i ate an entire pizza today, tomorrow will be different." i can now say "hmmmm... if i eat that entire pizza, i'd better bring a good book into the loo"
the point being, it's not a license to go hog wild on the fat.

Yea for you GC!!! I am proud of/for you. Melting away is such a great feeling, lol. I can SO relate to the weight wars....I myself am a lifetime veteran. I am looking forward to reading/listening (via vlog) to your progress reports.
