well, i've broken down and bought one of these things... a Neti Pot
i know my friend jenn out in colorado (miss nature veggie girl who is pretty much my oldest friend and i haven't talked to on the phone in forever because i've been a slug) has mentioned the thing for years now and i poo-pooed the idea.
my allergies are attacking me and i'm ready to try it now.
so... anyone else use a Neti Pot?? how do you like it?
I will let y'all know how it works (it's en route via amazon at the moment, so God only knows when I'll get it.)

Neti pots are a little weird, but after reading Mixerman, I started using them. They work great.
