what is up with all this cleansing of bowels lately? I just this morning saw something on tv an infomerical about this special formula of stuff you take to "cleanse" your bowels of toxic waste and well.....POOP that has been stuck there in the sidelines so to speak....ugh!
I am sure enemas must be coming back in style huh? I mean, why drink all that salt water when one can just do an enema! LOL :D Not me! I will keep my toxic waste, thanks.

that is really scary that there are people out there injesting large amounts of salt water and then barfing it all up, and calling it exercise - wth?
