so, i'm probably about 30 seconds away from my heart exploding into little chunks.
at least it feels that way.
i'm either having the beginning of a stroke/heartattack or, and i'm hoping this is the issue, my sports bra is too tight.
it's a toss up.
anyway... just got back from walking and jogging around the Brick Reservoir. (more info here.) it was my first time there - very nice! it's quite close to my house. i was toying with driving to the spring lake boardwalk to do my thing today, but opted to check out the reservoir finally. glad i did.
it's HUGE! the only thing is, it's a 1.7 mile distance around it. today it felt like 17 miles (the wind was blowing and oh, that's right, i'm fat and out of shape.)
anyway... below is the latest time/run on my nike thing... note: when it goes UP on the yellow streak, that means i am jogging. when it goes down it does NOT mean that i've fallen onto the pavement... although, it was a thought that crossed my mind.
i tried doing 1 to 1:30 minutes of jogging and then 2 minutes of walking segments. and i'm listening to military cadence songs... and i feel like Bill Murray in Stripes.

I went looking all over the site - and I couldn't find one of those nike + iPod things for my iPod (i have a 3gig... not a nano)... am I not looking in the right place. But don't look too hard - it's too cold right now to go walking / running. I'm going to have to wait till it warms up. :)
