so i am hitting the hay eeeeeeearly tonight because i have to get up at the crack of OH MY GOD WHAT TIME IS IT o' clock tomorrow morning and head into NYC with my aunt & uncle.
we're meeting up with a crew of folks who will be rooting my cousin Matt on in the New York Marathon!
sooooooooo, if you're watching the marathon, and see a fella who looks like this guy (the one on the right. on the left is matt's daughter...) root for him!

*** my old monitor/dinosaur from 2003 that weighs almost as much as i do was getting really screwy with the colors and was really dull and i couldn't fix it no matter what i tried...
and now i have SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much room to clutter up on my desk...

I got the 24" wide Benq one. Super sweet, it minimizes the noseprints I usually leave on screens, but now my neighbors can read my emails through the window ;)
