i'm still having a heartattack i think.
soooooooooooooooo... what did i do?
i ate a cheeseburger, french fries and gravy for lunch.
that'll teach my heart! at least it knows that I am not going to be totally healthy now that i've started to run.... (it's calming down now that the grease is flowing through my veins)

Just about every man I know would DEFINITELY read a blog titled Bra's Off!! Grease is a hard habit to quit. Go slow, girl! You don't want your heart to disown you.
