hallo all (all 3 of you left out there... *sigh*)
soooooo, yeah, i have a video ipod, but the other night i went out and bought an iPod Nano and the Nike+ ipod sports pack.
i've not bought a pair of nike sneakers (*ahem* i mean running shoes) but i SHOULD be getting a little shoe pouch that holds the ipod/nike attachment thing in it on ANY sneaker. **CLICK HERE** for the amazon page (it's like 7 bucks)
when i get the pouch, i think tuesday-ish, i'm gonna start walk/running -- thinking the "Couch to 5k" training thing...

So, is that one of the new rectangular 2007 iPod Nanos with the video, or one of the 2006 ones that are longer and skinnier? I have one of the 8 GB 2006 Nanos and love it. I don't need video, but I like to carry my tunes with me at work. It's lightweight and since it has Flash memory rather than a hard drive, it has less to go wrong; no moving parts.
I really can't understand the idea behind having a video iPod with only 8 GB of memory, which is the most that the new iPods have. You can fill 8 GB up fast just with music files if you have a decent CD collection (I have 13 GB ripped to iTunes and have to rotate stuff in and out), and video files are much bigger...

For the moment my five dollar pedometer is doing just fine. At the end of the day if I am lacking my lucky dog Ratchet and I make it up. Meaning by the dog chasing a rabbit and myself chasing the dog. Sneakers would last about a week with me of any brand so I do my thing in 8" leather work boots. By the way, I average 8 miles a day between work and play.
Turkey Sammich, Turkey Soup, Turkey Meatloaf, Turkey Salad, Turkey Parmasian, Turkey Bar B Q, Turkey Turkey... Sister made sure I got a couple big bags of the leftover ostrich sized turkey she made. It better be beef for Christmas!
