hey all!!! guess who has a sinus infection!!!!! okay, well, i am self-diagnosing it since i don't have health insurance... but, seeing as my face is red on the sides of my nose/cheeks and i look like one of those ads with an inflamed face for some sort of nasal issue thing... not to mention that i feel like there are spiky miniature porcupines scurrying throughout my sinuses --- yeah, i am going with "something's wrong with mah nose."
i hadn't Neti Potted in a week and this happened. So i've started neti-ing again...
giggleNeti... NOW with extra salt.
oh well... at least i am finished with the heavy lifting on the maria site... and am now gearing up to start with a new client this week...
i was supposed to go to bill burr's dvd taping tonight, but, even though i have a red head/leprechaun fetish... Schnozzy Magill over here is eyeballing her bed for an evening sans auburn haired goodness...

sinus infections suck. hope you feel better. i've heard that people that use neti pots and other inhalers are susceptible to getting sinus infections often. basically once you start on the neti, there's no going back
