okay, i haven't been to the gym since friday.
i am bloating and growly and getting The Friend probably on saturday (yeah yeah... sorry, guys, i know you're reading this too, but, the girly issues have gotta be talked about every so often... mainly, every 26 days.)
i ate like a freak yesterday... well, i've eaten MORE in the past, but yesterday i was conscious of it.
maybe it wasn't all THAT bad, but, i was still 822 calories over my 1370 daily limit.
the downfall was ihop. went there after taking gigglemom to the doctor.
had 4 Harvest Nut & Grain Pancake... yeah with a pat of butter and a bucket of butter pecan syrup.
but i DID opt for the turkey sausage with it.
ermmm... then i was home later and had potato chips and french onion dip... that was the first batch of potato chips i had in a month & a half.
IN ANY EVENT... um... yesterday i was 204.6.
today i am 202.9
i think i need to stick on the pancake/potato chip/no-exercise diet. haha.
going to ATTEMPT to go to the gym later today, but, I have SO much frigging work today.

Yeah IHOP and Cream of Anything is pretty much not a wise choice for a diet. Especially don't order Cream of Som Yung Gai at an Asian restaurant, not necessarily bad calorie-wise, but not very tastey
