that's right. on the elliptical this morning. only did cardio today.

beat yesterday's "score" by 30 seconds

today:
30:30min | 3951 strides | 2.33 miles | 250.1 calories

yesterday:
30:00min | 3756 strides | 2.25 miles | 239 calories

so take THAT, fat.

yesterday's stride per mile - 1669.33

you need to work those strides/mile a little more efficiently. c'mon... eye of the tiger.

[note from GC: had the trainer yesterday and the last PT session is tomorrow. but i AM doing weight training without her. did cardio only today because of the personal training sandwich tomorrow and yesterday]

You are doing AWESOME on the workouts! I get tired just reading your regimen!!

I'm doing a much more modified diet - just making small changes every two weeks, for 30 days at a time. I have managed to lose 3.5 lbs with very little effort.

I'd be curious to know if you've weighed in and know how much you've lost thus far. I don't recall you posting about that recently.
