No Joke....My boyfriend uses these (not these exact ones) and he swears by them....he uses them a couple times a week and swears they help him sleep better and feel better over all...Im with you though, Im grossed out by them, havent tried them myself....they ARE black when you wake up...where's all that come from???? I dont want to know!!!
I've seen them on tv - how gross is that, but yet strangely... if someone gave me a free one to try, I wouldn't turn it down!! Ewwww!
