i think it's a combo of having a head cold for the past few days, not working out, yet, still eating... actually i ate wayyyyyyyyyyy too much tonight (pizza) and then throw in The Friend who's about to make an appearance...
blargh. i feel a lot better now though. weird.
of course, at the moment i'm downing a glass of cherry flavoured alka seltzer cold meds
i have to get up early to head to the city with my godsister and her daughter --- we're going to see Mary Poppins (the Musical)
i'll be fine... it was probably all the sodium from the pizza combined with the bloating that was already happening with me... felt like my head was about to explode... guess only my stomach did

AWWWWWW - sorry to hear you're under the weather. I know whenever I visited the Garden State, I ALWAYS became effected with a huge allergy attack - yes, I'm allergic to New Jersey! I used Theraflu the kind you make hot (lemon flavored) and felt MUCH better in the morning. Hope you enjoy Mary Poppins, I hear it's really good. I'm taking my son to Spamalot in June. Getting tickets for his b-day in February, he'll be 14 and can't wait!
Aunt Flo came to visit last night as well. I feeeeeeel your pain!
Hope the theatre makes up for it. Have a dove bar and a midol, it makes it all better!
Get back to the gym as soon as you can, I'm trying to keep up with your elliptical times/steps/miles - not doing as well as you, though, but "tryyyying, sir" hahaha!

Yuck...Im actually just getting over the always fun head cold...sometimes a good up chuck is what you need to feel better...anywhooo have fun in the city tomorrow....Im actually going Thursday to the Rachael Ray Show....and dont let hear about getting up early....I have get up god knows what time in order to leave by at least 5:30 am...beings Im way souther( even a word ) then you....Im better off just maybe staying up all night...Its worth it...I LOVE NY :) HAVE FUN!!!
This is in response to an earlier post (few weeks ago) OK, so I took your advice/recommendation and rented "Frances Farmer". Holy heck! This movie was awesome. Don't get me wrong, it was horrifying and incredibly sad/moving, but I thought it was very well done. It's also more interesting with the whole Britney 24/7 crap going on. Thanks for the recommendation... got anymore good ones? :)
