sitting here wishing i had alcohol to do a shot whenever 9/11 is mentioned during the republican debate.
now, i'm an independent - so i like to hear every crazy candidate... of course, i do lean left a little more often (y'all probably realize this)
so far, and this might scare some of y'all... IF IF IF i were forced to pick from one of these clowns... i'd go with Huckabee. He actually sounds sane and he does have the good zingers.
Ron Paul is also catching my eye (not like in "ooooooh, lookit him!" but as in "hmmmm... that's true.")

Don't let Huckabee fool you - the guy is SOLIDLY on the religious right. He may be getting the zingers in now, but it won't be so funny if he gets into the White House.
If Sideshow Rudy mentions 9/11 one more time... ugh! I am so sick of him and his act already.
I don't mind McCain. You know, other than the fact that we disagree on several issues. I'm a registered Dem, but that only guarantees I'll vote in the Democratic Primary - not that I'll vote for a Dem in the general election. Like you, I'm trying to keep informed on ALL of the candidates, just in case.
[note from GC: oh i know that huckabee is mega-Jesus Camp. I like him as a person though... not voting for him... or any of these red fellas... i like McCain as well --- but some of what he says frightens me. and Guiliani... not a farking chance in hell would i ever vote for him]
