tomorrow gigglemom and i are heading to my aunt toni and uncle frankie's for Easter.
gigglemom has planned on making a billion cupcakes and also a fruit cocktail cake (no idea. she's got the recipe)
in any event, i have to run to the food store and pick up the ingredients.
then i have to bring them in the house.
followed by making this stuff. yeah. she gets too winded from cooking or baking, so i will be Chef Erin today.
I really just want to go to the local bakery and pick up 2 dozen brownies and some cupcakes there. Save me some money and time... but noooooooooo...
