and the house is not to her liking. even though i already told her it was not 100% done.
what. fucking. ever.
nice kick in the teeth.
apparently even though i told her numerous times "it's no where near done" and "there's still a lot of shit cluttering the place up, don't expect a magazine photo type of room" she is still pissed and "wondering what i've done in here"
as well as the fact that apparently i put pillowcases on 4 pillows on her bed and she usually sleeps with 3 and "why did you put so many pillows" on the bed?
yeah, i pretty much want to use the flamethrower suggested by FuriousBall and the Dumpster suggested by a few of you ------ but NOT to clean the house with.

Whatchoosayin'?? (8 yapped)
I was going to suggest that you show her the before and after pictures but then I remembered that she would probably just blow a gasket because you've blogged about it and showed the world. Sometimes it doesn't matter what you do, you just can't win...I think this is probably one of those times.
[note from GC: i already did show her. i'd told her about my posting them a couple of weeks ago. when i got home i showed her. she's still in a snit because i didn't get rid off ALL the clutter.]

oh boy, well welcome home. glad she's back at it!

Well that sucks.
I thing you've done an amazing job considering you were 1)working 2) coming to visit her in the rehab and 3) sick yourself! And that doesn't even account for the fact that this entire experience had to have been pretty upsetting to you.
I think what you've done so far looks smashing. Don't let her complaints get you down. All of us out here in blog-land know how hard you worked.
Now just keep at it here and there, and I know you'll conquer it once and for all.
Maybe once she gets settled back in to her own surroundings, GM will realize how much cleaner things are and cut you some slack.

Well, for what it's worth, you know WE are all proud of the hard work you have poured into this "overwhelming" project "despite" being under the weather yourself!! Sometimes we just have to bite our tongues and be thankful we don't have laser beams of death that shoot from our eyes, annihilating anyone who dares to beat us down, lol. Don't get me wrong, there are people who do fully deserve to be permenantly silenced by the LBOD but it is not a fate we "rreeeaaallllyyy" want to impose on our loved ones. However, the images in my mind of doing just that to my husband and kids does lighten the mood a bit, lol. Hang in there girl!!

I'm curious. Is the clutter YOUR doing or hers? Or is it an equal clutter opportunity?
