Crap, I remember seeing this on the news this morning and so I wanted to check out her myspace page. Unfortunately it has been deleted. I need to move a little more quickly on my non-work things to do list while I am at work, lol.
You shouldn't judge this girl - it will come back to haunt you. No one is perfect - there's obviously some history of her being abused. No one goes into the field of prostitution because they want to.
We all make choices! For crying out loud! She may have all the justifications & rationalizations in the world, but the choice was still hers.
I will judge both her and him. Integrity is a word that we tend to forget when we are being careful not to say anything that might not be politically correct. When we use words like escort & prostitute to describe these people instead of whore, we help them convince themselves that this is some kind of respectable profession. It is not & you only have to get to know some survivors to understand how much damage it actually does cause in someones life.
I learned right & wrong when I was a very small child. I am far from perfect, but I know that as long as prostitution is against the law of the land that it is wrong to participate in it.
