oh, and about the weight loss, that's probably the main cause for the backache. i haven't been dieting or working out, so once i finish this website up, i will force myself to get back to the gym (even if i am crippled still)
been upset about one client over the past couple of days so i've been eating like a fucking freak.

Deputy had me visit him at the hotel he was staying at for a few days during a conference. It was one of the small casino places so I got my gambling fix in. I also got my stairs in as well... and after 10 steps, I'm winded. I really need to do something more then walking with Leslie. Something more like joining the Navy and going back to bootcamp for a few weeks.
