wow. my days and nights are getting jumbled together again.
i stayed awake WAY too late last night... well, actually, i fell asleep at 8:30... monday MORNING.
pretty soon, my dreams dissipated and i rolled over to the other side of my 2 foot wide couch and looked at the clock on the DVR.
6:53PM.
are you frigging kidding me!? again, i say WOW!
now, the kicker is gigglemom was sitting in her chair making bows (she's on a kick. they look really nice and hopefully I can photograph them and she can sell them - but that's beside the point)
she turns to me and says "oh, you're awake"
um. yeah.
now, i know that i shouldn't think of her as an alarm clock, but, wouldn't you think that she might have attempted to wake her coma-esque daughter at some point between morning and, oh, i dunno, SUNDOWN!?
that said. I am wide awake right now.
oh and about 10 minutes after i woke up i received an important phone call on my cell. I'm being tapped to redesign a kick ass comedian's website. (will reveal the name**** soon)
of course, between his cell and my cell the connection was all kinds of crackly (that's why i like email. hell, i've been working for maria bamford as her webmaster for nearly a year and we've not once spoken on the phone.... personally with my hearing problem/auditory processing dysfunction, i find it much better because i have things in writing and can't panic about what i might have missed in a conversation on a phone --- plus i read lips, and with the phone, i can't.)
but it's going to be good. working out details and then i will begin designing.
as for the comedian/actor i've been working on for a while, i'm ALMOST done. granted, if i didn't sleep the day away i might've had more done... because before i cracked down on his site, i had to do my daily "chores" for the rest of my clients.
anyway, i'm thinking 2 days till launch.... keep your fingers crossed about that.
oh, why didn't i work on his site after the "daily chores"? well, i had dinner. now, I'm not quite sure if one can get food poisoning from tortellini alfredo, but there was a good possibility.
(i still have half of the dinner in the fridge... i might have the rest as a 3am snack and see if it was the tortellini that made me have to.... um... do Lamaze this evening.)
what else? my University of the Arts Alumni Directory came in the mail today (or as I like to call the thing, The UARTs Stalker's Guide) - paid i think $80 for this thing and half the people weren't found to be listed in it and my listing, while it was technically correct, listed my company like:
Giggle Chick Interactive.com
luckily the email address had it all as one word, but, come on. gigglechick is one word (it's always annoyed me when people separate the words) and as a URL it should be connected.
oh well.
other than that, nada.
i should probably attempt to hit the hay before dawn (i won't eat the rest of the pasta... i'm still feeling icky from earlier) --- maybe i have a bug now that i think of it... tired/sleepy and in the bathroom (furiousball: i will try to maintain the illusion you have that girls don't poop)
although maybe i was tired because i was UP till 8:30am (watching Morning Joe on MSNBC. I absolutely love that show (i've got a crush on Joe Scarborough. it's unhealthy.)
that said.
going to grab my heating pad, a handful (or only 2 pills) of Excedrin Back meds and crawl onto my couch and see if i can't pass out.

Whatchoosayin'?? (4 yapped)
Helllllooooooo??? I'm up, too!!!! Well, I guess you're gone now. Hey, I posted your NetiPot vlog on my myspace page and, well, my aunt liked it. Because, you know, I have 17 friends and one of them is Space Ghost and he never leaves me comments but my aunt that I have seen maybe 5 times in my entire 42 years thinks it is hilarious. Good job.

Hey, my hubby has the same auditory processing dysfunction! I used to call it selective hearing, but it isn't a guy thing! It just doesn't process correctly every time! I TOTALLY get the need for e-mail. I will actually ask a person calling for him to e-mial him instead! Some people don't like e-mail because it is permanent, uh duh! Records are a good thing! If you can't say it in e-mail, maybe we shouldn't talk, eh! Get a handle on that schedule, girl!!! What do you think you are, a rock star!! Hey GM!! Can't wait to see pics of the bows......
[note from GC: yeah I think of it as "dyslexia of the ears" since sometimes i get words mixed up.]

Have you tried using inversion/gravity boots to alleviate the pain in your back?
www.gravityplus.com
or
http://heartmonitors.com/inversion/index.htm
And it's about time Yakov Smirnoff revamped his website...
[note from GC: no. thanks. but i won't be doing the gravity boots. and it's not yakov]
