Well that sums things up for me....I would have FREAKED if he would of called me that...what an ass, and in this day and age to talk to a woman like that.
I was flabbergasted when I read your post and thought this can't be right. Then I looked up the news on msn.com and there it was. In the article it said that Obama left her a voicemail later apologizing and admitting that he has a habit of referring to women as sweetie....
I'm not saying this is a fact (I drink a lot of beer and tend to forget things), but I thought I saw he quit smoking early in his campaign. You would think of all the BAD HABITS TO QUIT, he would have quit the "sweetie" thing before the smoking... I personally would be more offended sitting in the same room with him and having him call me "sweetie" than I would if he lit up a cig.

The man is a pig, pure and simple. It just gets more obvious as he moves on. I haven't seen anything like him since the 70s.

The only difference, which happens to be quite IMPORTANT in your bizarre comparison /analysis of the situation. Obama was not addressing a leader, and elected official, a adversary, or a opponent. He was simply being polite to a local reporter whom he had never interacted with thus not knowing her name.
However yet again the hyper sensitive �feminist� outrage card is played. Give me a break with all this contrived anger � you and so many others are clearly frustrated about your candidate (Hillary) running arguably the worst campaign in recent history (which you guys have the right too be pissed about), and subsequently losing the nomination so many had already persisted to coronate her with, but please do not take it out on the guy who won.
PS- What do you think of Hillary calling a college newspaper reporter (male to be specific) hunny? Which in fact she has done. I mean I didn�t think much of it, still don�t to tell ya the truth. But I guess that shows the difference between Obama and Hillary supporters.

You failed to answer my question as to whether or not Hillary calling a college aged male (I am guessing he is in college since it happened during a campus rally) "Hunny" is appropriate? Is it?

a) He apologized because it obviously offended people (kind of the obvious reason. I would probably include the fact that both he and everyone else who hasn't been living under a rock for the past 6 months know how hyper sensitive some of those Hillary supporters located in the "fem-brigade" demographic can be, and seeing as though he has had to deal with headache after headache defending such asinine instances of "perceived - whatever it is you ladies call it" such as the "State of the Union back turn" which was a whole lot of nothing, the comical claims that he "flicked her off" during a debate when in all actuality he was scratching his cheek, and so on.
b) Ha ha pop out of it for a second and stop making excuses that are a stretch at best. He outspent her -- SWEET, it's not his fault that he didn't burn through his funds in the same manner Hillary's campaign so irresponsibly did. As for the 3-1, 2-1 outspending being done, oh well. Thats how the game works, its certainly not his fault he put together a monumental fund raising structure, nor is it his fault the Clinton campaign couldn't fund raise themselves out of a shoe once her "sugar daddy" donors were tapped.Don't fault him, for her inability to effectively raise the funds needed to compete on an equal playing field.
c) Your last comments make me smile, mainly because it shows just how inundated you are with the "not going to happen" chance of Hillary winning the nomination. I will say one thing though, if Obama had lost 12 primaries in a row by the margins Hillary did he would have been out, no doubt about it. But those with the sense of entitlement tend not to be as rational when it comes to conceding defeat.

Hey Matty Boy, somebody needs to tell you there aren't any caucuses in the General Election. No busloads of savage college kids intimidating anybody. Everybody gets to vote themselves.
