so, Day ONE.
took the Paranil capsules. somewhat horse-like pills ---- and i am not a great pill taker. I always have to mentally tell myself that I am swallowing a huge piece of cake.
yeah, i know. it's weird. but it helps. seeing as i can't swallow teeny pills but i CAN gulp down a bucket of cake in a second (i had a bit in my stand up set about not being able to swallow pills... lets just say i didn't use the word "cake" in my set though)
so i got the paranil down. i am not taking this shite because i think i have parasites or anything. it's part of the colonix program. but, from the message boards, god only knows what lurks within. **shudder**
and then 15 minutes later i had to get the gumption up to down the fiber concoction.
only had to put a teaspoon of the schlock into the liquid. i had bought some mini bottles of snapple fruit juice. so i dumped 2 oz out and added the fiber stuff.
then i shook the bejeezuz out of it and chugged it (from what i've heard, you do NOT want to let that mixture sit, otherwise, you'll be chewing it down

anyway, i chugged it quickly (thanks to previous experience in the bars.)
so, now i am sitting here.... laying in wait.

I checked out the testimonials, and some folks said it did not hit them right away..so if your'e lucky..you can get in a post or two...before you have to spend time on the pot...you can always hook up your laptop...to keep us posted...ha ha
good luck...the pictures were gross, I worked for a colon rectal surgeon and never saw anything like that...thank god....

Try wrapping the pill in a piece of cheese. I had to do that with one of my dogs when he would spit out his seizure medication. And NO, it wasn't a Chihuahua...
This teaspoon of "fiber stuff" that you're adding to the fruit juice - make sure you mix it good before drinking it. Does it feel gritty going down?
