so, my 20th reunion (for high school) is on June 7th.
i tried on a dress that I'd worn a couple of years ago to my comedy sister, Monica's wedding and it still fit, but, it didn't have sleeves... thus, the matronly arm fat was out in full force.
i don't know how dressy this thing is gonna be, but, i bought a dress online (i bought 2 sizes, just in case)
now, it's a little crazy with the beading, and I'm not blonde, but I kinda like it. it's supposed to get here on June 2 (monday) --- in the meantime, I will keep an eye out for other dresses.
Even if it's not right for the reunion, I can probably still wear it on one of those fancypants nights on the cruise.
I'm wondering if i can squeeze into a BODYSUIT for the reunion... without having to borrow my mom's oxygen

I like the dress. It will work with your hair color..I never had good expierences with body suits..the just pushes the fat to different places and then you have to figure out how to hide it again... Is the reunion in a banquet center or hotel??? If so then the dress will work...If it's in a back yard...a little more casual would be good. You will be amazed at how good you look...and how you may not recognize some former classmates...A lot of changes happen between the 10 and 20 year reunion..Go have a good time..don't worry about the little stuff..just remember YOU ROCK and YOUR KICKASS

My 25th reunion is coming up later this year. My wife doesn't want to go. I told her that I'd take my ex-girlfriend from high school. That didn't go over too well...

I'm not sure about the ribbon tie thing, and my chest is, um, a lot bigger than that model's so, the girls sometimes try to get more attention and look giant, thus REALLY making me look heavy. i'll look into the dress a little more. Does Furiousball mean as one of the village people? Like the indian??? or is there another type of village person???
My High School reunion was held at a hotel banquet room - and for most of the time, lights were all dimmed (for the dancing later on) - that might help you some. I was 115 all my teen & young adult years up till I had the kids... so showing up at 200 was a shocker for my reunion. No dimmed lights helped me what so ever!!
