the reunion was tonight! (above is a photo of me dipping Paul -- our class president)
Had a great time - was good to see folks. Although I was having flashbacks most of the night.
Apparently, my dress was cut low and the girls were, um, busting out of it. So this guy Mike *ahem* was staring at them saying "did you get a boob job? they're like... mammoth!"
so i did my old, standby joke saying "yeah, i paid $14,000 for them." then i point at the right one and say "$7000 in Italian takeout" and point at the left one saying "$7000 in chinese takeout. they're homegrown"
passed out my cards - hell, i bought 'em and since i don't need to advertise and don't get out of the house for work, i was flinging them like chinese death stars at people... (of course, later I did find one of my cards on the hors d'oeuvre table... which was okay, because it didn't have any dip or cocktail sauce on it.
didn't recognize a few folks and i thought i had snapped photos of a lot more people... and when I got home to download them, I realized that I hadn't. dangit.
in any event.... HERE ARE THE PHOTOS... **CLICK**

and with that, I'm gathering my nikes and putting crap into my gym bag... I will be heading there on Monday morning... or applying for The Biggest Loser

Whatchoosayin'?? (17 yapped)
Oh,it looks like you had a fabulous evening! I really like the dress! :)

You look great! Love the dress - and it looks like you had a great time.
At my 20 year reunion... there was this girl I went to school with there and her boyfriend/hubby - they wore matching leather clothing for bike riding. I didn't hang out with her in school so I didn't really hang out with her at the reunion either. Some where along the way, someone asked me if how I felt about a certain ex boyfriend (who graduated the year before) and I was like - "eh, he was ok" Then found out he was there - he was this girls boyfriend/hubby in the matching leathers. He had gained some weight, was bald and not all acne faced! They must have laughed themselves silly the whole weekend because I didn't even recognize him and I was being all polite to them!

Hey, great dress choice. . .looks like a lot of the other ladies chose the safety of black. If my "girls" looked that good, I'd show'em off all the time! LOL!! Looks like it was a fun evening.

G.C. You looked Fab!!! and you had fun...that's what it's all about...I would have taken Walt Kavannaugh home...I'm a sucker for a man in a kilt and he is HOT....I almost feel like a pervert...I'm 10 years older...but he is beautiful. You look very nice together
[note from GC: ah, well, seeing as I'm on the St. Patrick's Parade Committee, I'm around guys in kilts all the time, so Kav didn't really phase me.]

I agree with the prior posts, you looked awesome and it was great to see you....a little bizarre at first to see everyone...but I guess that is why a bar is available..it relaxes the eyes and then you say... I see you under there....kind of like the robin williams version of peter pan Hook...."Is that you Peter...oh yeah, now I see you".
Sorry that I got seperated at the end as wound up getting poured....actually crammed into a sober drivers car and wound up at some bar next to the bridge. I thought I would see you there as I think it was that place you were talking about...IE no where to talk, too many people screaming at each other etc.... But really awesome to see you and your smiling face again.(yes eyes were up where they were supposed to be ;-) )
[note from GC: it was GREAT to see you as well! yeah i was going to go to the Headliner (near the bridge) but then lost my second wind and headed home. I never've been to the Headliner, but, it's supposedly teeming with bimbos, bennies and guidos (**sounds like a Cher song). and thank you for looking at my eyes. haha mike called me last night to apologize... of course, the Girls were smitten with the attention he was giving them, so.... by the way, loving the photo of you and sean fighting.]

yeah, see I ain't the only one about the Kilt man Kavanaugh!!! Git Him! ;)
[note from GC: eh... that's Walt. Married and well, he's Kav... not going to attempt to "git" him. but thank you.]

I attempt time travel so I can go to that school and hit on you ;)

of topic...but....i really like your hair cut...if i wanted something like that what would i tell my stylist to do? thanks ;-)
[note from GC: actually I haven't gotten it cut in a little while, but, i have sort of a wedge in the back of the head --- you know how folks bring in photos of celebs to their stylist, you can totally bring in a pic of me and say "i want The Gigglechick cut..." (make it famous like Jennifer Aniston's) har har.]

GC you looked great! That dress worked perfectly for the occassion. I am so glad you had a good time, but then again I never doubted it for a minute.

You look great, GC - as usual. Thanks so much for posting the pictures so fast. I really wish I could have been there - it was great to see some old faces though. Kristin Johanson's getting married next week in NJ - so flying in for that and some concrete business on the 16th. I had no way of doing both. Bummer. Also - for any Wall HS grads that check this out - the reunion folks didn't get my contact info onto the list somehow (with only 35 folks on the list I suspect I'm not the only one) - anywho - if you want to find me, the best way is through my website: www.inconcrete.biz. Cheers to all. Everyone looks great.

Another thanks for posting the pictures. I unfortunately wasn't able to make the reunion, but your pictures are the next best thing to being there. Looks like there was a good showing.

Just curious.... did the girls not go to high school with you, or have they just matured since then;-)~?
[note from GC: they were there, but, throughout 20 years of eating food, they sort of, eh... blossomed.]
