well, so far, i don't think that she's had a cigarette since the aforementioned incident.
i went out earlier and grabbed a couple of bacon and egg sammiches and picked up some new nic patches for GM... but i think that she's been chewing gum (plus i think the sprinklers hit whatever cigarette butts may have been on the patio table. hahahahahah! way to go Condo Association!!!)
so, i'm trying to keep cool indoors here. working on schedules for the clubs (broadway and the ny comedy club) -- i've gotta be in the right mindset to do them. there's a good deal of concentration needed, especially where the ticketing pages are concerned.
of course, i DID just "rent" a HORRIBLY GOD AWFUL movie on On Demand.
It had Matthew Broderick, Alan Alda, Louis CK, Virginia Madsen and a number of others in it. You would think that the cast would carry this movie.
They didn't. It was crap. Sadly, I paid $6.99 for it because it was one of those IFC On Demand movies. I really shouldn't purchase those because they are usually just bullhockey.
I wanted to like it. Really. Watched the whole thing... again, like the book, was hoping it'd get better.
Anyway... right now, as I'm doing the schedules, I'm watching "Larry David: Curb Your Enthusiasm" (a mockumentary about Curb your Enthusiasm)
