man alive, so, the other night i was driving with my cousin michael and i made a wisecrack and he playfully punched my right shoulder.

i have been in pain ever since. i mean, he wasn't trying to kick my ass or anything, just a goofy "hey, what'dja say that for" type of jab and i can't move my arm without a little shooting pain. (it's subsided a bit from the other night, so, it's not like crazy hurt now, but, jeez, michael, i'm a girl...)

anyway... enough about that...

dragging gigglemom for an ultrasound today. I'm hoping for a little brother.. alas, I think it's only going to show that her by-pass is either clear or filled with cheeseburgers or cigarettes.

(I had Five Guys Burgers & Fries last night... so, I think that I actually have a double bacon cheeseburger stuck in my carotid artery. It's a good look.)

You were doing great and you seemed so upbeat about posting your exercise stats. I've enjoyed reading about your progress with your daily walking updates. But last I checked, Five Guys Burgers and Fries weren't on the Weight Watchers menu.

I was just looking at the nutritional stats on the Five Guys website. OUCH!

Double Bacon Cheeseburger and fries
Calories = 1,590
Calories from fat = 790
Total Fat = 90g (137% of daily value)
Saturated fat = 32g (160% of daily value)
Cholesterol = 190mg* (not including fries)
Sodium = 1,190mg
Dietary Fiber = 8g

For every step you took exercising, you just took one and a half steps backwards in one meal. Based on the numbers you've provided us in your updates, you spent a total of 2.7 hours walking a total of 8.09 miles. You burned 962 calories and the amount of fat burned was 65. As you can see from the numbers in the nutritional chart, all of that exercise you did was wasted in just one sitting. Scary.

Everyone who reads your blog cares about you and we all want to see you succeed with your exercise program. We know you can do it...

As far as a double cheeseburger being on the WW menu - are you a member of Weight Watchers? because if you were, you would realize that yes, it can be eaten.

It may not be the best choice, but, one can eat it and use the 39 points for it. in which case i can use the 35 extra points that one on ww is supposed to use during the week.

is that okay with you?

Perhaps you can post your own blog and we can see how perfectly you eat.

I post this stuff on here and am not a fucking dolt who doesn't know the calorie count on things.

Feel free to comment, but also understand that it's my blog and I really don't need you to post the Nutritional Values of things I may (or may not) eat.
