As if our troops aren't stretched thin enough. There's the War on Terror, the Iraqi War and now they're off to fight against Malaria. I guess Mr. Reynolds and his truck-mounted fogging unit is being pulled off of the streets of New Jersey and sent to Tanzania with the next wave of reservists.
How about boosting the economy by buying all of the bug zappers from WalMart and shipping them to Zanzibar? Oh wait, those are made in China...
