This was the longest I've been on the elliptical thus far (my goal for today was to do 8:30.. also totally doubled the amount of time I'd been on the stationary bike... my arse is killing me.

ELLIPTICAL- 9:00 minutes | 80 calories | 0.60 miles
TREADMILL - 30:09 minutes | 198 calories | 1.54 miles
STATIONARY BIKE - 15:00 minutes | 76 calories | 2.91 miles
SQUATS with BALL (on wall) - 3 sets | 12 reps
(1 rep done as plies)
EVIL HORRID REVERSE LUNGES - 5 lbs | 1 set | 5 reps
STANDING LEG CURLS - 1 set | 12 reps
PLANK UP - 1 set | 10 reps
(do a plank, raise your ass in the air and hold for 2 count)
V-SIT PULL BACK - 2 sets | 20 reps (for abs)
WIPE AWAY (for abs.) - 1 set | 10 reps
PLANK - held for 45 seconds

The more you do the elliptical, the easier it will get. I promise.
When I first started, I would add a minute or two every day, no matter how much it hurt. Once you pass that 15-minute mark, it's smooth sailing, I swear!!! :)

yeah, i started with 5 minutes on the elliptical. as of last night i was able to do 9 min, 15 sec.
